About us:
The company was founded according to the § 162 of the
register of companies under the business name DIOS Slovakia
as Ltd. (limited) with the headquarter in Šoporňa and
operation in Horné Saliby and with the founding document
from 3rd December, 1997. The company originated on 18th
December 1997 by putting the record into the Register of
companies of the County court in Trnava, in the section Ltd,
in the insertion no. 10767/T, done on the basis of the
resolution of the County court in Trnava 18th December 1997.
On 20th January , 2004 it came to the change of the
headquarter of the company as well as the statutory body by
taking down notarial report no. 21/2004 Amendment of the Law
4677/2004 from 20th January, 2004 and no. 22/2004 Amendment
of the Law 4680/2004 from 20th January, 2004. The town Horné
Saliby has become the headquarter of the company and
Drahomír Ostradecký has become a director.
The building process of the slaughterhouse corresponded with
the requests of the norms of the EU. 16th March 2004 the
company DIOS SLOVAKIA, Ltd. Hlavná 1088, 925 03 Horné Saliby
was, by the State veterinary and food administration of the
Slovak republic in Bratislava, assigned the official
veterinary inspectional number : 2001 in the combination
with the abbreviation SK as the operation with industrial
capacity. According to the above-mentioned, the operation
has the right to use the assigned official veterinary
inspectional number for slaughtering pigs, storing,
manipulation and launching meat onto the market and its
export to the member states of the EU. The system HACCP is
applied and 12th February 2008 the company was given the
certificate of the quality ISO 9001:2000. The certificate
was issued by the auditorial company BUREAU VERITAS and
applies to the slaughter pork meat stock, procession and
sale of pork meat.
